Professional Trajectory and Clinical Approach.

My career in health sciences began in 2011 with a foundational background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, which allowed me to understand human complexity through a systemic lens. This foundation evolved into a rigorous specialization in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, driven by a critical analysis of applied physiology, pharmacology, and the neurobiology of pain.

With the objective of integrating cutting-edge scientific evidence into clinical practice, I expanded my training internationally. In Zurich, Switzerland, I specialized in Pain Neurosciences, consolidating a therapeutic approach where biomechanics and neurophysiology converge to resolve complex clinical cases.
Specialization and Academic Alliances
My professional development is a continuous process of clinical updating at world-leading institutions:
-
University of Oxford (UK): Chronic Pain Neurotechnology Network.
-
Agénce EBP (France): Applied Neurosciences in Biomechanics.
-
University of Colorado Boulder (USA): Exercise Science.
-
FIFA Medical Network: Football Medicine and Performance Optimization.
-
EFIC (European Pain Federation): Certified Professional, ensuring European standards in pain management.
Clinical and Institutional Practice
Currently, I maintain a bimodal clinical practice between Mexico City and Asturias, Spain. My work model focuses on high-precision functional rehabilitation, collaborating closely with specialists from prestigious institutions such as Hospital Español, Médica Sur, and Centro Médico Bios, among others.
Beyond clinical assistance, my commitment to the field extends to university-level teaching. For over two years, I have served as a lead professor, board examiner for professional licensure, and thesis advisor, contributing to the training of new generations of physical therapists under a model of critical thinking and evidence-based medicine.
I offer specialized consultancy services for musculoskeletal pathologies, chronic pain, metabolic disorders, and cardiorespiratory conditions. Services are available in in-person and telerehabilitation modalities, in strict compliance with current regulatory frameworks, professional licensure, and international certifications.
